Amey Engineers offers heavy duty SM 300 dual shaft shredder for shredding all types of Salines, syrup and other medicine bottles (glass or plastic type.) which is a considerable amount of pharma waste generated at residential locations, hospitals or as a rejected product waste at pharma plants. 

SM 300 dual shaft shredder comes with a 15 hp TEFC  4 pole 3-phase motor and the motor delivers torque to the drive shafts through pulley and worm-box reduction drive. SM 300 comes with a variety of cutter configurations (Milled, Serrated, toothed roll etc) for shredding glass as well as plastic bottles.  Throughput obtained is around 100 to 400 kg/hr depending on the form and type of fed material.

Empty as well as filled bottles can be shredded with facility for liquid/ powder recovery. Other optional configurations include tablet separator arrangement, dust separator arrangement and discharge conveyor arrangement. 

Other models in this series: SM 400, SM 600, SM 800.(SM series shredders also available in four shaft configuration). For even higher throughput requirements, SM HD series of shredders are also available.
