About Syringes Shredder

Syringes, needles, Injections form a major part of bio-medical and pharma wastes which must be shredded invariably before being recycled or scrapped to avoid any misuse.

Amey Engineers' PS H MC range of heavy duty shredders are well suited for shredding all varieties of syringes, injections, needles; of glass as well as plastic material. PS H MC shredders come in dual shaft configurations.

PS H MC series of shredders are powered by 3 phase IP rated induction motors ranging from 7.5 hp to 12.5 hp and these shredders come with duly toughened shafts and alloy steel cutters with Milled tooth configuration for proper grabbing and shredding of circular shaped syringes, injections.

Throughput available is between 100 to 250 kg/hr and the shredded output can be collected in a bag/bin or can be directly transported to the vehicle via discharge conveyor. Besides this, liquid and dust separator arrangements can also be provided.

For light to medium duty requirements; PS OH and PS series are suitable and for even greater throughput requirements than stated above; SM and SM HD series of heavy duty shredders are also available.

All shredders are available in cGMP conforming MoC.
