About Industrial Heavy Duty Paper Shredder

Amey Engineers has designed and developed heavy to ultra heavy duty range of industrial paper and cardboard shredders in response to the market requirements. Industrial heavy duty paper shreddders are mainly required for large paper recycling plants or in paper industry, printing & packaging and related industrial installations.

Amey Engineers offers SM and SM HD range of heavy duty paper shredders for catering to the bulk paper and cardboard shredding requirements.

SM and SM HD range of shredders are available in dual or four shaft configurations and come with duly toughened alloy steel shafts (Square and round type) depending on the application and required throughput. Cutters are of case hardened alloy steel type and come in various combinations(Toothed roll, serrated roll, Milled type) depending on the size and type of paper/related material to be shredded. Standard Cutter widths are 12mm & 24 mm(custom sizes are also available).

SM and SM HD range of shredders are powered by 3 phase TEFC IP rated induction motors ranging from 15hp to 120 hp and AMEY make (inhouse designed high safety factor) gearbox is used for speed reduction and torque transmission.

Feed input can be from 200 to 1000 pages in one pass. SM and SM HD shredders are suitable for bulk charging and can shred all types of paper wastes like newspapers, magazines, diaries, books, bulk documents, brochures, files(flat files and box files), cardboards, corrugated boxes(folded or whole) etc.

Various feed hopper configurations,automatic feeder and discharge conveyor arrangements can be provided as per requirement.

SM and SM HD shredders are available in M.S. or GMP (S.S.) MoC.

Standard models in this range (in dual & four shaft type) include: SM 300, SM 400, SM 600, SM 800, SM 300 HD,SM 400 HD, SM 600 HD,SM 800 HD.
