Cartons are boxes or containers usually made of paperboard or of corrugated fiberboard(in some cases) and are widely used for packaging of food items, pharmaceutical products, FMCG products, electronic, hardware and other products.  Carton wastes, thus are generated in large amounts and must first be properly shredded for further recycling process.

Amey Engineers offers heavy duty PS H series of dual shaft shredders and SM series of dual and four shaft shredders for shredding all types of Cartons, mono cartons used for above applications.

PS H and SM series of shredders come with TEFC IP rated induction motors ranging from 5 hp to 40 hp.  Feed widths available across the PS H and SM series shredders vary from 310 mm to 810 mm which suits easy feeding of cartons without the need for multiple folding or pre-cutting before feeding. Various hopper feed configurations, discharge conveyor arrangement can be incorporated as per customer's demand.  3 to 10 folded cartons or even whole carton can be fed into the shredder at a time. Case hardened alloy steel cutter blades and duly toughened drive shafts ensure consistent shredding and long service life. 

These shredders require less maintenance, have a sturdy base frame construction, and are operator friendly. These shredders are available in M.S. and S.S. MoC.

Standard models in PS H and SM series shredders include: PS 300 H, PS 400 H, PS 600 H, SM 300, SM 400, SM 600, SM 800.

For customers looking for still higher requirements, SM HD series of ultra heavy duty shredders are also available.
