Amey Engineers offers a wide range of paper and cardboard shredding solutions for variety of applications. The heavy duty PS 600 H shredder from PS H range of shredder series is extremely suitable for shredding tough cardboards, folded corrugated boxes with metal clips, packaging inserts,other loose paper wastes etc.

Feed width available is 610 mm which is very suitable for easy feeding of cardboards, folded corrugated boxes. Shredded output is in the form of 12 mm strips (6 mm strip output also available).  Upto 10 thin cardboard ply can be fed at a time.  Various feed hopper configurations (for top and side feeding) can be provided as per customer's requirement.

PS 600 H shredder comes with a 10 hp (3 phase) IP rated motor. For custom configured shredder PS 600 H MC (using Milled cutter configuration for higher specific requirement), 12.5 hp motor is provided. 

This shredder uses inhouse designed high safety factor gearbox for velocity reduction and torque transmission. Inherent features of this worm gearbox is that it has a long service life, gives vibraton free operation and provides high drive torque at the cutters.

For customers having even higher requirements than stated above, SM and SM HD series of shredders are also available.
