Amey Engineers has designed and developed a wide range of shredders catering to the various plastic shredding requirements of industries, commercial installations, large plastic waste recycling plants etc. 

Amey Engineers offers PS H range of dual shaft shredders and SM & SM HD range of dual and four shaft shredders which are suitable for heavy to ultra heavy duty operation. These Industrial plastic shredders from Amey Engineers can shred all types of plastic wastes like PET bottles, HDPE/LDPE bottles, PP/LDPE/HDPE bags, plastic labels, packaging items, industrial plastic drums, PVC sheets, PVC tubes, PVC/PVDC rolls, plastic lumps, household plastic items etc.

PS H, SM and SM HD series of shredders are powered by 3-phase IP rated induction motors ranging from 5 hp to 120 hp.  Amey Engineers uses inhouse designed high safety factor gearbox for these shredders which gives optimum torque and long service life of gears.  Alloy steel toughened shafts and case hardened alloy steel cutters (with milled  and multi-point tooth configurations) also ensure  consistent shredding without affecting the components' durability.  Throughput across the PS H, SM and SM HD range of shredders varies from 40 to 1000 kg/hr depending on type and size of fed material.

These shredders can also be provided with auto-feeding system, discharge conveyor arrangement, dust and liquid separator arrangements. Standard models in the PS H, SM and SM HD series include: PS 300 H, PS 400 H, PS 600 H, SM 300, SM 400, SM 600, SM 800, SM 300 HD, SM 400 HD, SM 600 HD, SM 800 HD. (Custom configured models are also available).
