Vegetable wastes are often generated in considerable amounts in societies, hotels, office canteens etc. and can be used effectively for composting purpose if such waste is pre-shredded than rather using it directly.

PS 300 MC vegetable waste shredder is one of the best suited Organic waste Shredders developed by Amey Engineers , for shredding all types of vegetable wastes.

PS 300 MC dual shaft vegetable waste shredder is driven by 3 hp (Single or 3 phase) Induction Motor,and is equipped with 120 mm diameter Milled Cutter blades (having a linear speed of 13 m/min) for efficient shredding of vegetable wastes. One can get a throughput of around 200 to 400 kg/hr depending on form and types of vegetable waste, fed as input. This shredder can also shred other types of food and kitchen wastes.

Extended feed Hopper is provided for easy manual or automatic feed charging whereas at output side bag clamping, collection bin facility or even discharge conveyor arrangement can be incorporated.

Other shredder in PS MC series include PS 400 MC (with 5 hp motor).

This Vegetable waste shredder is available in M.S. or S.S MoC.
