Shredding the slaughter waste for reducing its form and size is ideally required for further processing and safe disposal of wastes generated in slaughterhouses.

PS H MC series of heavy duty and sturdy dual shaft shredders from Amey Engineers can handle all kinds of Slaughterhouse wastes in an efficient and cost effective manner.

PS 400 H MC shredder comes with a 10 hp 3 phase IP rated motor and power is transmitted to drive shafts through Pulley and Worm box reduction drive thus providing optimum torque for shredding bulky slaughter house wastes.  Throughput obtained is within 300 to 800 kg/hr. 

Slaughter house wastes (of animals e.g. like pigs,goats,chickens,buffaloes, etc), other dead animal wastes (including bones) can be shredded in PS 400 H MC shredder.

Feed width of 410 mm is available for easy feed loading, and this shredder is compatible with automatic feeding system. 

For operator safety, feed chute opening is designed in such a way that operator's hand will not reach the cutter blades.

This shredder is available in M.S. or S.S. Material of Construction.  Other models in this shredder series include PS 300 H MC, PS 600 H MC. For even higher throughput requirements, SM and SM HD series of heavy duty shredders are also available.
